Personal mobile phones are prohibited from being carried in the prison area, which blocks the external communications of judicial police and brings great inconvenience to daily communication. Challenge 2: On-site evidence collection is difficult and on-site law enforcement information cannot be effectively collected. A large amount of data resources are stored in the system and can only be viewed on the PC. When police officers conduct law enforcement on site, they cannot obtain business data in a timely manner; the data is not integrated and cannot display utilization information in multiple dimensions and at multiple levels. Challenge 3: Lack of command means. In the event of an emergency in prison, the only way to dispatch and command is through walkie-talkies, which are noisy and do not support multimedia data such as video. The command and dispatch lacks information-based means, which is inconvenient and inefficient, and cannot effectively support the information collection, analysis, and decision-making processes. Challenge 4: Poor information sharing. Business data is stored in different business systems, forming information islands; cross-department collaboration and paper-based processes are inefficient, and data cannot be shared with other relevant departments. Challenge 5: The level of business intelligence is not high. Daily business is not integrated with smart devices and still relies on traditional methods such as police officers' manual memory and post-entry.
