2020年6月23日9时43分,我国在西昌卫星发射中心用长征三号乙运载火箭,成功发射北斗系统第五十五颗导航卫星,暨北斗三号最后一颗全球组网卫星。这标志着北斗三号全球卫星导航系统星座部署全面完成。北京专访中国卫星导航系统管理办公室主任、北斗卫星导航系统工程副总设计师冉承其在接受采访时表示,这颗卫星上有我们北斗的短报文能力,比现在天上使用的北斗二号系统能力大大提升。北斗二号的能力每次短信120个汉字,北斗三号每次一千个汉字。除此之外还具备什么能力呢?可以传图像、打语音电话,这是一个重大的突破。这是我们中国科技进步、航天技术进步、北斗团队技术攻关重大进步的一个标志,在全世界是独一无二的能力。IT之家获悉,北斗卫星导航系统是我国自主建设,可与世界其他卫星系统兼容共用的全球卫星导航系统。北斗系统最重要的差异化服务是短报文服务和高精度服务。北斗三号基本导航服务可向全球提供精度优于5米的定位服务,在精密定位方面,最高精度定位动态可达到分米级,静态可达到厘米级。冉承其称,我经常这样形容,如果出租车装上这套高精度系统,可以闭着眼睛把车开到你的脚底下,这就是我们北斗的特色服务。这是一个了不起的变化,也是一个巨大的成就。这个高精度应用目前只能在我们中国境内用,今后还要把它向全世界推广。目前,北斗全球卫星导航系统服务由北斗二号系统和北斗三号系统共同提供,2020年后将平稳过渡到以北斗三号系统为主,计划到2035年以北斗系统为核心,建设更加泛在、更加融合、更加智能的综合时空体系。冉承其称,我们北斗卫星的授时精度也是世界上最高的,十个纳秒,就是你收到时间的误差不会超过十个纳秒,一个纳秒是十的负九次方。6 月 23 日,北斗三号最后一颗全球组网卫星发射成功,北斗三号 30 颗组网卫星已全部到位,北斗三号全球卫星导航系统星座部署全面完成。北斗三号全球卫星导航系统由 MEO 卫星(地球中圆轨道卫星)、IGSO 卫星(倾斜地球同步轨道卫星)和 GEO 卫星(地球静止轨道卫星)三种不同轨道的卫星组成,包括 24 颗 MEO 卫星,3 颗 IGSO 卫星和 3 颗 GEO 卫星。IT之家了解到,目前世界上已有半数以上的国家使用北斗,今年全球系统建成后,无论在世界的任何角落北斗都会提供服务。

This is our Beidou's special service. This is a remarkable change and a huge achievement. This high-precision application is currently only available in China, and will be promoted to the world in the future. At present, Beidou global satellite navigation system services are provided by Beidou-2 and Beidou-3 systems. After 2020, there will be a smooth transition to Beidou-3 system. It is planned to build a more ubiquitous, more integrated, and more intelligent comprehensive space-time system with Beidou system as the core by 2035. Ran Chengqi said that the timing accuracy of our Beidou satellite is also the highest in the world. Ten nanoseconds means that the error in the time you receive will not exceed ten nanoseconds. One nanosecond is ten to the negative ninth power. On June 23, the last Beidou-3 global networking satellite was successfully launched. All 30 Beidou-3 networking satellites were in place, and the deployment of the Beidou-3 global satellite navigation system constellation was fully completed.
